For cancellations and changes received by 15 days before arrival, there will not penalty
For cancellations and changes received from 15 days till 3 days before arrival, you will pay the 1st night as penalty less bank charges.
NO REFUND for cancellations and changes received from 3 days before arrival, as penalty.
the non-arrival will be fully charged the whole period.
EVERY CHANGE MUST BE COMMUNICATED PER MAIL TO OUR OFFICE AND NOT DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL and will be subject to the above conditions
